Mike Santillan is the Founder and CEO of Ardent Innovations, a veteran-owned marketing automation and AI solutions company based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He started Ardent for one reason: to help good businesses grow with practical systems that improve visibility, strengthen follow-up, and create a customer experience that feels professional and consistent.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Mike spending time with his wife, trying new foods and exploring new places, and of course watching college football while cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs—or catching a game and rooting for the Atlanta Braves.
